AUTHENTIC
SOUTHERN VIETNAMESE

CUISINE

Pho Pasteur Parramatta opened it's door in 1992, by husband and wife duo!
Mr & Mrs Pham are Southern Vietnamese refugees from the Tay Ninh provence, when they arrived in Australia back in 1978 they worked tirelessly to save up for their dream business of owning a restaurant.

They chose the Parramatta region because of it's central location and multicultural demographic.

Using recipes that have been in the family for generations, Pho Pasteur's menu has come to life with the  signature noodle soup dish many have come to love, known as ''Pho" Pronounced ''Fur''.
This dish has many secret blends of herbs and spices, passed down through their phamily line, with a unique flavour that stands out from other restaurants.

Pho Pasteur has an extensive Vietnamese menu, signature dishes such as Phở Dặc Biệt, Bún bò Huế, Bún thịt nướng, Cơm Tấm, Gỏi cuốn and many more - including many vegetarian (vegan) options with recipes used from their home town of Tay Ninh.

Not to be confused with any other Pho Pasteur in any other suburbs, Pho Pasteur Parramatta is independently owned & operated and has no affiliations with any other restaurant.
